Funky Floor Design + Build
This young family of four desperately needed an updated space with more funk and function. Georgeson Style renovated the entire first floor, bringing a dark and dated layout and decor into an airy, inviting home, worthy of these fun homeowners.
Washington Park Remodel
A fun-loving couple bought their forever home steps from Gaylord Street and asked us to remodel the entire house. Not one room was left untouched and while the surprises just kept coming, the end result was an update to fit their classic yet whimsical style.
Central Park Home Remodel
A full home remodel for this active family of four included adding a see-through fireplace, a brand new kitchen and three remodeled bathrooms. New white oak floors, trims and crown molding throughout makes this home unique in a land of houses that tend to blend together. This one definitely stands out!
Zen Basement for Everyone
This is the second basement we’ve designed and built out for this fantastic family in Central Park, Denver. This time around, we added fun areas for the entire family: a game space for the adults, a hidden play room behind the barn door for the kids and a tv room with a fireplace that the whole family could enjoy. Simple, clean, comfortable and fun.
Modern Kitchen for the Family
After ten years, this kitchen had become dated and no fun to cook in. Georgeson Design + Build created a vibrant new space with modern details such as copper lighting and cement-look tiles, while extending the island so the whole family can eat together in their newly designed space.
Basement for Six
This bright and relaxing basement remodel was a must for a family with four girls that needed their own space (and for the parents that needed to regain their own space upstairs)! Custom built-ins, walk in closets and a bathroom big enough for two teens girls were high on this list of requests.
Lowry Home Remodel
This tract home had a small kitchen that could not be expanded and the rest of the home was choppy and dark. By adding fabulous new details like walnut floors, custom railings, an upgraded kitchen and countertop windows that open, the end result feels anything but standard.
