When clients in our neighborhood wanted to update their 10-year-old master bath, we knew exactly what needed to happen…..everything had to go!

We started fresh with Karndean commercial-grade vinyl plank flooring, new lighting including a chandelier from Lumens, free-standing vanities, marble counters, and a tub and free standing faucet from Signature Hardware. Additionally, we cased-in the previously drywall wrapped window to give the tub area a more finished feel.

Kyndra wanted to expand the shower, so we reframed it and captured a bit of the master closet to open it up. We used a teak fold-down bench to gain space when sitting is not a necessity.

A new master closet system and a custom-built barndoor round out the space.

Kyn also did some design updates on their main floor living space including furniture, lighting, and paint. This summer we’ll be reconfiguring their second floor, see you guy soon!
